M. Joseph J.\n<\/p>\n<p>                 The appellant is the third respondent, the insurer of the<\/p>\n<p>   vehicle. The Tribunal has awarded the compensation and ordered<\/p>\n<p>   that the same to be recovered from the appellant. The deceased was<\/p>\n<p>   a pillion rider.      The Tribunal has found that the policy of the<\/p>\n<p>   Insurance issued would cover the pillion rider. There is no dispute<\/p>\n<p>   that it is a comprehensive policy. There is no merit in this appeal.<\/p>\n<p>              Accordingly this appeal is dismissed.<\/p>\n<p>                                             K. M.
