Perused the documents submitted by the complainant. It is observed that<br \/>\ncomplainant&#8217;s RTI-request dated 8.4.2011 was replied to by PIO, Instrumentation<br \/>\nLimited, Rajasthan vide letter No. IEL\/CPD\/PIO-1-42\/2011-12 dated 27.4.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.    The complainant has not availed the first-appellate channel u\/s 19(1) of<br \/>\nthe RTI Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.     In order to avoid multiple proceedings in appeal and complaint, the PIO is<br \/>\ndirected to intimate to the complainant the name and address of the 1st Appellate<br \/>\nAuthority within fifteen days of receipt of this Order before whom the<br \/>\ncomplainant can file first-appeal, if any.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.
