Police Party was pelted by means of<\/p>\n<p>                      stone chips. Submission is that petitioner was polling agent.<\/p>\n<p>                      Symbol allotted to candidates were changed which was not<\/p>\n<p>                      protested by this petitioner only rather by supporters of other<\/p>\n<p>                      candidates also. For the same only, he is in custody since<\/p>\n<p>                      13.05.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Considering the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                      case, prayer of the petitioner for bail is allowed.<\/p>\n<p>                                    Let the above named petitioner be enlarged on<\/p>\n<p>                      bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand)<\/p>\n<p>                      with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>                      of C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Narhat P.S.
