Case No. 92 of<\/p>\n<p>                      2008, G.R. No. 1592 of 2008\/702 of 2009 by which it has<\/p>\n<p>                      rejected the discharge petition as also the orde3r dated<\/p>\n<p>                      14.1.2009 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada.<\/p>\n<p>                                   Since the petitioner has sought quashing on<\/p>\n<p>                      disputed questions of fact which cannot be appreciated at the<\/p>\n<p>                      stage of 482 Cr.
