In other similar petition<br \/>\npreferred by the petitioner, the petition for substitution has been<br \/>\nfiled.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tAs,<br \/>\nprima facie, it appears that public interest is involved in the case,<br \/>\nwe are inclined to proceed with the case.
