The prayer for<br \/>\ninterim order staying the cancellation of auction has been declined on<br \/>\nthe ground that the petitioner could not show lease in his favour.<br \/>\nCounsel for the petitioner was given option to show lease, but he is<br \/>\nunable to show any lease deed in favour of the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>            Let the petitioner pursue his appeal.
