Justice V.K.MOHANAN\n\n Dated :22\/08\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n      K.S.RADHAKRISHNAN &amp; V.K.MOHANAN, JJ\n                        -------------------\n                     W.P.(C). 31753\/2003\n                        --------------------\n           Dated this the 22nd day of August, 2007\n\n                        JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Radhakrishnan, J<\/p>\n<p>      Writ petition was preferred by the Travancore<\/p>\n<p>Devaswom seeking a writ of mandamus restraining the<\/p>\n<p>respondents 4 to 6 from constructing\/widening the road<\/p>\n<p>going in front of Mekkadu Devi Temple till the survey of<\/p>\n<p>land of the Devaswom is completed by the second<\/p>\n<p>respondent,     Taluk   Surveyor,         and  also for  other<\/p>\n<p>consequential reliefs. Interim order was passed by this<\/p>\n<p>Court as early as on 9.10.2003.             Respondents 1 to 5<\/p>\n<p>received notice.      However, notice         send to R6 was<\/p>\n<p>returned without signature.
