Krishna Yadav @Krishna Kumar\n                                       Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3   15.04.2011             Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                           Allegation is about committing of gang rape.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Submission is that the whole story is false as younger<\/p>\n<p>                 family members remained there and arose.        F.I.R is lodged after a<\/p>\n<p>                 month of the incident victim is examined by a doctor. She is above 16<\/p>\n<p>                 and hymen is found intact with no other sign of rape.<\/p>\n<p>                           In that view of the matter, in the event of arrest or surrender<\/p>\n<p>                 within one month from the date of communication of this order, the<\/p>\n<p>                 above named petitioners shall be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                 bond of Rs. 10, 000\/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                 amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate Patna in<\/p>\n<p>                 Gopalpur (Patna) P.S.
