Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned<\/p>\n<p>                        counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  2. Petitioner is an accused for offences punishable under<\/p>\n<p>                        section 25 (1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and under section 17 of the<\/p>\n<p>                        C.L.A. Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  3. The allegation against the petitioner is that country made<\/p>\n<p>                        pistol with one live cartridge was recovered from his possession.<\/p>\n<p>                                  4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire<\/p>\n<p>                        allegation is absolutely false and frivolous and the petitioner has been<\/p>\n<p>                        implicated in this case on the basis of some suspicion although he has<\/p>\n<p>                        no criminal antecedents except the two cases including this case which<\/p>\n<p>                        was lodged on the same day. The petitioner is in custody since May,<\/p>\n<p>                        2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   5. Considering the facts and circumstances aforementioned,<\/p>\n<p>                        petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                        bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                        the satisfaction of Sri A. K. Thakur, Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Class,<\/p>\n<p>                        Sitamarhi in connection with runisaidpur P. S. Case No.141 of 2010.<\/p>\n<p>                                                                                 (S. N.
