For the purpose of granting higher grade,<\/p>\n<p>they want the military service also to be taken into account. According to<\/p>\n<p>them, they are so entitled to, in view of Ext.P2 judgment of this Court as<\/p>\n<p>also Ext.P1 Government order. In the above circumstances, the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>have filed Ext.P3 series of representations before the 2nd respondent. The<\/p>\n<p>petitioners seek a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders<\/p>\n<p>on Ext.P3 series of representations in the light of Ext.P1 Government order<\/p>\n<p>and and Ext.P2 judgment of this Court, expeditiously.<\/p>\n<p>       2.     I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.\n<\/p>\n<p>       3.     In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P3 series of representations, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate<\/p>\n<p>within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment.
