But<br \/>\nthat representation has yet not been decided and examined by<br \/>\nrespondents. Therefore, present petition is filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tIn<br \/>\nlight of this background, respondent No.2 is directed to consider and<br \/>\nexamine representation made by petitioner (Annexure-A, Page-10) dated<br \/>\n20.1.2005 and thereafter, to pass appropriate reasoned order in<br \/>\naccordance with law, within a period of 3 months from date of<br \/>\nreceiving copy of present order and communicate the decision to<br \/>\npetitioner as early as possible.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tIn<br \/>\nview of above observations and directions, present petition is<br \/>\ndisposed of without expressing any opinion on merits.
