The Accountant General,Bihar, Birchand Patel Path,Patna\n                                                             ----------------- Respondents.\n                                                 -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02   04-04-2011                      Heard Sri Amrendra Kumar, learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioner and Sri Yaswant Kumar Chaman, learned A.C. to<\/p>\n<p>                      Standing Counsel no.25 appearing on behalf of Respondent nos. 1<\/p>\n<p>                      to 7 \/State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     The writ petition was filed in the year 2006 with a<\/p>\n<p>                      prayer to direct the Respondents to make payment of all the retiral<\/p>\n<p>                      dues. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that<\/p>\n<p>                      during the pendency of the writ petition, all the retiral dues have<\/p>\n<p>                      already been cleared. However, it is being claim that admissible<\/p>\n<p>                      statutory interest has not been paid on the G.P.F. and other retiral<\/p>\n<p>                      dues.
