Both \u00a0 the \u00a0 parties \u00a0 were \u00a0 present \u00a0 during \u00a0 the \u00a0 hearing \u00a0 and \u00a0 made \u00a0 their\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>submissions.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>3.      The\u00a0Appellant\u00a0had\u00a0asked\u00a0for\u00a0a\u00a0copy\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0diary\u00a0register\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0office\u00a0of\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>the\u00a0Secretary\u00a0General\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0years\u00a02006\u00a0and\u00a02007\u00a0and\u00a0the\u00a0copy\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0similar\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>register\u00a0maintained\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0office\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0OSD.\u00a0Although\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0had\u00a0provided\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>some\u00a0information,\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0was\u00a0not\u00a0satisfied\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0correctness\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>information\u00a0and\u00a0had\u00a0alleged\u00a0that\u00a0vital\u00a0information\u00a0had\u00a0been\u00a0suppressed.\u00a0On\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>CIC\/WB\/A\/2009\/000956<br \/>\n other\u00a0hand,\u00a0the\u00a0Respondents\u00a0submitted\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0relevant\u00a0records\u00a0had\u00a0already\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>been\u00a0inspected\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0and\u00a0that\u00a0nothing\u00a0was\u00a0suppressed.\u00a0They\u00a0also\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>informed\u00a0that\u00a0almost\u00a0a\u00a0similar\u00a0matter\u00a0had\u00a0been\u00a0considered\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0CIC\u00a0earlier\u00a0in\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>the\u00a0appeal\u00a0number\u00a0CIC\/WB\/A\/2007\/001566\u00a0and\u00a0disposed\u00a0of\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0order\u00a0dated\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>18 \u00a0 May \u00a0 2009 \u00a0 and \u00a0 that \u00a0 the \u00a0 CIC \u00a0 had \u00a0 found \u00a0 that \u00a0 no \u00a0 information \u00a0 had \u00a0 been\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>wrongfully\u00a0withheld\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>4.      Be \u00a0 that \u00a0 as\u00a0 it \u00a0 may,\u00a0 we\u00a0 now \u00a0 direct \u00a0 the \u00a0 CPIO\u00a0 to \u00a0 provide \u00a0 the \u00a0 following\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>additional\u00a0information\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>        i) \u00a0 invite \u00a0 the \u00a0 Appellant \u00a0 along \u00a0 with \u00a0 her \u00a0 representative \u00a0 on \u00a0 any \u00a0 mutually\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>        convenient\u00a0date\u00a0within\u00a015\u00a0working\u00a0days\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0receipt\u00a0of\u00a0this\u00a0order\u00a0in\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>        order\u00a0to\u00a0inspect\u00a0the\u00a0diary\u00a0register\u00a0in\u00a0its\u00a0entirety\u00a0and\u00a0to\u00a0obtain\u00a0copies\u00a0of\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>        those\u00a0entries\u00a0that\u00a0are\u00a0relevant\u00a0to\u00a0her\u00a0queries;\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>        ii)\u00a0confirm\u00a0in\u00a0a\u00a0sworn\u00a0affidavit\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0communication\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0Chief\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>        Welfare\u00a0Officer,\u00a0DOPT,\u00a0though\u00a0received\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0Rajya\u00a0Sabha\u00a0Secretariat\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>        and\u00a0marked\u00a0to\u00a0various\u00a0levels,\u00a0was\u00a0now\u00a0not\u00a0traceable\u00a0anywhere.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>5.      The\u00a0Appellant\u00a0pointed\u00a0out\u00a0that\u00a0her\u00a0name\u00a0had\u00a0been\u00a0wrongly\u00a0printed\u00a0on\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>the\u00a0notice\u00a0issued\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0CIC.\u00a0Indeed,\u00a0her\u00a0name\u00a0has\u00a0been\u00a0wrongly\u00a0printed\u00a0and\u00a0it\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>is\u00a0regretted.\u00a0The\u00a0staff\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Registry\u00a0must\u00a0be\u00a0more\u00a0careful\u00a0and\u00a0should\u00a0not\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>commit\u00a0such\u00a0avoidable\u00a0errors.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>6.      The\u00a0appeal\u00a0is\u00a0disposed\u00a0off\u00a0accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>7.
