Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :14\/11\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                             V.GIRI,J.\n                       -------------------------\n                 W.P ( C) No. 33589 of 2007\n                      --------------------------\n              Dated this the 14th November, 2007\n\n                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner who was provisionally appointed as Hospital<\/p>\n<p>Attender Gr.II was discharged from service on completion of the<\/p>\n<p>period of provisional appointment with effect from 30.10.2007.<\/p>\n<p>Petitioner had    earlier moved a         representation before the<\/p>\n<p>District Medical Officer for continuance beyond the period of<\/p>\n<p>temporary appointment. A similar claim was considered by the<\/p>\n<p>Division Bench of this Court in O.P. No.4740 of 2003.          The<\/p>\n<p>directions issued therein will be applicable to the case of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner herein also.
