Ram, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor<\/p>\n<p>                                The petitioner, who is in custody in Beldour P.S. Case<\/p>\n<p>                     No.59 of 2006 for offences under Section 307 and other allied<\/p>\n<p>                     Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act,<\/p>\n<p>                     has prayed for grant of bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                F.I.R. in the case was lodged on the self-statement of the<\/p>\n<p>                     Officer Incharge on the ground that he had received information that<\/p>\n<p>                     two groups of criminals were fighting with each other. In the case,<\/p>\n<p>                     there is no allegation that any one had received injury. In this case,<\/p>\n<p>                     antecedent report was called for, which shows that the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                     accused in number of cases. However, in view of nature of<\/p>\n<p>                     accusation in the present case, there is no reason to deny the<\/p>\n<p>                     privilege of bail to the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let<\/p>\n<p>                     the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                     bond of Rs.10,000\/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                     amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                     Khagaria in connection with Beldaur P.S.
