Jindal, J<br \/>\n            The petitioners have invoked the provisions of Article 227 of<br \/>\nthe Constitution of India, for setting aside the order dated 7.10.2009 passed<br \/>\nby the Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Ambala.\n<\/p>\n<p>            After hearing learned counsel for the parties at length, it is<br \/>\nordered that the plaintiff would produce Vipin Kumar and the other<br \/>\nwitnesses at his own responsibility and would close the evidence on the<br \/>\ndate fixed i.e. 17.11.2009 subject to payment of Rs.3000\/- as costs.
