The present government is trying its best to put the  fiscal management on even keel. <\/p>\n<p>The Government of India knows that houses of nineteen  lakh families were razed to the ground by the super cyclone on October,  1999. The Government of India so far sanctioned only four lakh houses to  be rebuilt under I.A.Y. in the super cyclone affected area.
