Counsel for the Petitioner submits that vide FIR no.<\/p>\n<p>334 dated 10.10.2011, a case Under Section 365 Indian<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">        Crl.M.C. 3564\/2011                   Page 1 of 3<\/span><br \/>\n Penal Code, 1860 has been registered against the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>on the complaint respondent no. 2 at PS-Nazafgarh. .<\/p>\n<p>2.   Further submits that the said FIR has been registered<\/p>\n<p>on the complaint of the brother of the girl namely Prakash.<\/p>\n<p>3.   Further submits that the Petitioner got married on<\/p>\n<p>07.10.2011 at Arya Samaj Vedic Marriage Mandal, 2115,<\/p>\n<p>Jamuna Bazar, Delhi. The certificate of the same is Annexed<\/p>\n<p>herewith as Annexure P-4.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.   Further submits that the petitioner never abducted the<\/p>\n<p>sister of respondent no. 2. Therefore, present FIR may be<\/p>\n<p>quashed.\n<\/p>\n<p>5    Learned APP for State fairly conceded that since the<\/p>\n<p>marriage between the petitioner and respondent No. 3 has<\/p>\n<p>been taken place and both of them are major, in the interest<\/p>\n<p>of justice instant FIR may be quashed.<\/p>\n<p>6    Respondent No. 3, who is personally present in the<\/p>\n<p>court states that she has married the petitioner on his own<\/p>\n<p>sweet will without any pressure or coercion and is residing<\/p>\n<p>happily with him. She further submits that she has no<\/p>\n<p>objection if the present FIR is quashed.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">     Crl.M.C. 3564\/2011                  Page 2 of 3<\/span><br \/>\n 7    In the circumstances, I quash the FIR No. 334\/2011,<\/p>\n<p>Under   Section      365   IPC,   P.S.   Najafgarh   and   all   the<\/p>\n<p>proceedings emanating therefrom.<\/p>\n<p>8    CRL.
