It is contended that<br \/>\nearlier Regulatory Commission passed an order on<br \/>\n29.10.07 and it is also stated that the aforesaid<br \/>\norder has been set aside by this Court in M.A. No.<br \/>\n2148\/2002    and    in   other   connected     matters   by<br \/>\npassing a judgment on 09.10.2006 placed on record<br \/>\nas Annexure A\/3 to the appeal. Thereafter, learned<br \/>\ncounsel for the appellant submitted that he does not<br \/>\nknow the facts involved in the present case.\n<\/p>\n<p>      In the present case, since learned counsel for<br \/>\nthe appellant is unable to satisfy this Court about<br \/>\nmerits of the case as to on what ground, the appeal<br \/>\nis preferred, therefore, I do not find any substance<br \/>\nin the present appeal and, therefore, not only the<br \/>\nappeal but application for condonation of delay also<br \/>\nstands dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                             (R.K.
