GANDHI MAIDAN, DISTT.\n                 PATNA (BIHAR)\n                                                     ------ OPPOSITE PARTIES.\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   05.10.2010               Heard the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioners have submitted that now, since the<\/p>\n<p>                   matter related to financial dispute between the parties, the<\/p>\n<p>                   same    has   been   settled    with   a   due   Memorandum    of<\/p>\n<p>                   Understanding which has been annexed as Annexure-2 in the<\/p>\n<p>                   present application.
