Justice P.BHAVADASAN\n\n Dated :03\/03\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>                       P.BHAVADASAN, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>                  &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-<br \/>\n                   WP(C) No.6553 of 2010-O\n<\/p>\n<p>                  &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-\n<\/p>\n<p>                      Dated 3rd March 2010<\/p>\n<p>                             Judgment<\/p>\n<p>           The only prayer made in this Petition is for a<\/p>\n<p>direction   to   the     Third      Additional        Munsiff&#8217;s Court,<\/p>\n<p>Thiruvananthapuram to provide certified copy of the order in IA<\/p>\n<p>No.10537\/09 in OS No.1894\/09 to the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>           2. It is stated that the petitioner and others filed the<\/p>\n<p>above said IA, seeking interim injunction. After hearing the<\/p>\n<p>parties, an order was passed in the IA on 14.12.2009,<\/p>\n<p>dismissing the same. The complaint of the petitioner is that<\/p>\n<p>even though, soon thereafter, he applied for a certified copy of<\/p>\n<p>the order, he has not been issued with the same. He therefore,<\/p>\n<p>prays for a direction to the Third Additional Munsiff&#8217;s Court,<\/p>\n<p>Thiruvananthapuram to issue a certified copy of the order in the<\/p>\n<p>above said I.A. to him.\n<\/p>\n<p>           3. In the nature of the order that is proposed to be<\/p>\n<p>passed in this Writ Petition, it is felt that it is unnecessary to<\/p>\n<p>issue notice to the respondents.
