No.6912 of 2011\n                               KRISHNA THAKUR\n                                   Versus\n                             THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2    23.03.2011         This application has been filed<\/p>\n<p>                  for recall of the order dated 12.10.2010<\/p>\n<p>                  passed in Cr.Misc.No.29440 of 2010. The<\/p>\n<p>                  said     order       was      recorded          granting<\/p>\n<p>                  permission to the petitioner to withdraw<\/p>\n<p>                  the application.\n<\/p>\n<pre>                           Learned           counsel            for         the\n\n                  petitioner       submits      that       he     had       not\n\n                  withdrawn     the    said    application            and    in\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>                  fact, in that application, a report was<\/p>\n<p>                  called    for    from      the    court       below.      He<\/p>\n<p>                  submits that in fact, he had withdrawn<\/p>\n<p>                  another application, the order of which,<\/p>\n<p>                  by mistake, was recorded in this case.<\/p>\n<p>                           Considering        the    statements         made<\/p>\n<p>                  in the present application, the same is<\/p>\n<p>                  allowed.      The    order        dated       12.10.2010<\/p>\n<p>                  passed   in     Cr.Misc.No.29440          of    2010       is<\/p>\n<p>                  recalled.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           List        the          said          criminal<\/p>\n<p>                  miscellaneous application for admission.<\/p>\n<pre>BT                                    (J.
