Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                The petitioner being a lady Mukhiya of Gram Panchayat<\/p>\n<p>                     is apprehending her arrest registered for offences under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                     406, 409, 467, 468, 471 and 120 B of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                                It is alleged that petitioner demanded Rs. 5,000\/- for the<\/p>\n<p>                     purpose of sanction of house under Indira Aawas Scheme. It is<\/p>\n<p>                     further alleged that Rs. 24,000\/- of the informant&#8217;s son was<\/p>\n<p>                     withdrawn by placing some one on identification of one Indradeo<\/p>\n<p>                     Sada and Jai Narayan Yadav.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                     that allegation of withdrawing the amount is not against the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner. Moreover, informant&#8217;s son has got the entire amount and<\/p>\n<p>                     has already constructed the house, petition to this effect has been<\/p>\n<p>                     filed vide Annexure 2 and 3.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering the fact that the informant and his son<\/p>\n<p>                     retracted from initial averment and the petitioner being a lady, in<\/p>\n<p>                     the event of her arrest\/surrender in the court below within a period<\/p>\n<p>                     of four weeks from today, the above named petitioner shall be<\/p>\n<p>                     released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten<\/p>\n<p>                     thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection<\/p>\n<p>       with Sour Bazar P.S.
