Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :31\/05\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                                 V.RAMKUMAR, J\n\n                   -----------------------------------------\n\n                           B.A.NO.3102  of 2007\n\n                   -----------------------------------------\n\n\n                  Dated this the 31st   day  of  May,  2007\n\n\n\n                                     ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>             In   this   Petition   filed   under   Sec.   438   Cr.P.C.   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners     who   are   the   accused   in   Crime   No.232\/2004         of<\/p>\n<p>Pampady   Police   Station   for  an  offence   punishable   under<\/p>\n<p>Section 379  IPC  seek anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     I   heard     the   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioners   and<\/p>\n<p>the learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Having regard to the nature of the allegations levelled<\/p>\n<p>against the petitioners and the other circumstances of the case, I<\/p>\n<p>am   inclined   to   grant   anticipatory   bail   to   the   petitioners.\n<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, a direction  is issued to the officer-in-charge of the<\/p>\n<p>police station  concerned  to release the petitioners  on  bail  for a<\/p>\n<p>period   of  one   month    in  the   event  of  their  arrest  in   connection<\/p>\n<p>with   the   above   case   on   each   of   them   executing   a   bond   for   Rs.\n<\/p>\n<p>10,000\/-   (Rupees   ten   thousand   only)     with   two   solvent   sureties<\/p>\n<p>each for the like amount to the satisfaction to the said officer and<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A.No. 3102\/2007                                           :2:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>subject to the following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>        (a).   Second   petitioner     shall   report   before   the<\/p>\n<p>          Investigating   Officer   between   9   a.m.   and   11   a.m.<\/p>\n<p>          on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>      (b).   Petitioners shall make   themselves available for<\/p>\n<p>         interrogation   as   and   when     required   by   the<\/p>\n<p>         Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>      (c).      Petitioners shall not influence or intimidate the<\/p>\n<p>        prosecution   witnesses   nor   shall   they   attempt   to<\/p>\n<p>        tamper with the evidence for the prosecution.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>     (d).  Petitioners shall not commit any offence      while<\/p>\n<p>  on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>     (e).
