When the writ petition came up for<\/p>\n<p>orders today, the Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent made available a copy of the judgment in<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C) Nos. 18763 of 2005 and 1793 of 2006 whereby the<\/p>\n<p>writ   petitions   filed  for   similar   reliefs  were<\/p>\n<p>dismissed.   At that stage counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition.
