Gupta.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              For the State :- Mr. Satish Kumar Sinha.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                  &#8212;&#8212;\n<\/p>\n<p>2   12\/08\/2011                 Petitioner is supposed to be the son of one Tara<\/p>\n<p>                       Devi who was the second wife of late Sudarshan Ram,<\/p>\n<p>                       who was stated to be an Assistant Sub Inspector of Police<\/p>\n<p>                       when he died in harness in the year 2007.<\/p>\n<p>                               Based on the genealogical table annexed as<\/p>\n<p>                       annexure-1, claim of the petitioner is that there were<\/p>\n<p>                       three daughters from the first wife Bimla Devi and all of<\/p>\n<p>                       them are now married and happily settled. Liability has<\/p>\n<p>                       been left behind by the erstwhile employee with regard to<\/p>\n<p>                       the streams of Tara Devi. There are three sons and two<\/p>\n<p>                       daughters. All of them seem to be minor except the<\/p>\n<p>                       present petitioner.   He filed an application before the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                         -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        Superintendent of Police, Motihari on 22.06.2007 as<\/p>\n<p>        would be evident from the so called postal receipt<\/p>\n<p>        annexed with the writ application.
