SAHAI)<\/p>\n<p> ORDER<br \/>\nIN LETTERS PATENT APPEAL<\/a>:\n<\/p>\n<p>\tADMIT.\n<\/p>\n<p> ORDER<br \/>\nIN CIVIL APPLICATION :\n<\/p>\n<p>1.\tRULE<br \/>\nreturnable on 22nd<br \/>\nMarch 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tThe<br \/>\nlearned counsel for the appellant has urged that the respondent<br \/>\nworkman was engaged in June 1990 and worked for about one month.<br \/>\nThereafter, he was transferred to some nearby place. But, the<br \/>\nrespondent did not report there. Therefore, his appointment came to<br \/>\nan end automatically.
