Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :02\/01\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                   ANTONY DOMINIC,J.\n              -----------------------\n                    W.P.(C).No.51\/2009\n             ------------------------\n          Dated this the 2nd day of January, 2009.\n\n                        JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     In the Alleppy District Youth Festival of Higher<\/p>\n<p>Secondary School at the High School level, petitioner was a<\/p>\n<p>participant. Her item was Group dance and she got second<\/p>\n<p>prize with A Grade. Aggrieved by the prize that was given<\/p>\n<p>an appeal was filed and that was rejected by Ext.P2.<\/p>\n<p>Counsel contends that the stage was covered by tarpaulin<\/p>\n<p>and therefore the candidates could not perform well. It is<\/p>\n<p>also stated that the judgments were not unbiased or<\/p>\n<p>competent.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2. As far as the stage is concerned, in several cases it<\/p>\n<p>has been found that        the stages were covered with<\/p>\n<p>tarpaulin. Since all the participants have performed in the<\/p>\n<p>same stage, I am not in a position to accept the contention<\/p>\n<p>that any     special prejudice    has been caused to the<\/p>\n<p>WP(c).No.51\/2009                 \/2\/<\/p>\n<p>petitioner. In so far as the judges are concerned, first of all,<\/p>\n<p>none of the judgments are impleaded in this writ petition.<\/p>\n<p>       3.
