Justice K.HEMA\n\n Dated :10\/06\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                            K.HEMA, J.\n                    -------------------------------------------\n                         B.A.No.3602 of 2008\n                   -------------------------------------------\n                Dated this the 10th day of June, 2008\n\n                                   ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petition for anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    A crime is registered under Sections 143, 147, 148, 324,<\/p>\n<p>326 and 452 read with Section 149 of IPC against petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>others on a complaint filed by the defacto complainant.<\/p>\n<p>      3.    Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners names are not in the FIR. The petitioners are falsely<\/p>\n<p>implicated on a subsequent thought.\n<\/p>\n<p>      4.    Learned     public       prosecutor          submitted  that  the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners 1 to 3 are A4, A3 and A5 respectively. Though their<\/p>\n<p>names are not mentioned in the FIR, the investigation revealed<\/p>\n<p>that they are involved in the offence. Specific allegations are made<\/p>\n<p>against them that they had beaten with wooden sticks.                     The<\/p>\n<p>recovery of the weapons is to be effected and this petition is<\/p>\n<p>opposed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      5.
