M. SAHAI<\/a><\/p>\n<p>1.\t\tWe<br \/>\nhave heard Mr.D.P.Vora, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners<br \/>\nand Mr.Mukesh A.Patel, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tThe<br \/>\nemployee Mr.Dahyabhai Chauhan died in the year 1980. His widow<br \/>\nclaimed family pension. However, she has also died in the year 2006.<br \/>\nThe heirs have been substituted in this petition. A preliminary<br \/>\nobjection has been raised by the learned counsel for the respondents<br \/>\nthat remedy of the petitioners lay before Central Administrative<br \/>\nTribunal as the deceased employee was working with Western Railway.<br \/>\nIn this view of the matter, this petition is dismissed on the ground<br \/>\nof alternative remedy before Central Administrative Tribunal.
