Bindra, the appellant filed an RTI application dated 10.12.2010 before the<br \/>\nCPIO of the Respondent Public Authority which was replied to by Addl. Dy. Commissioner of<br \/>\nPolice\/PIO, vide letter dated 28.12.2010.        However, he was denied a copy of complaint filed by<br \/>\nMs. Sukhpreet Bindra as the complainant had not given her consent to supply a copy of the<br \/>\ncomplaint in view of section 8 (1) (e) of the RTI Act.      The FAA before whom the appellant filed<br \/>\nan appeal, being aggrieved with the decision of the CPIO, has concurred with the order passed<br \/>\nby the CPIO.\n<\/p>\n<p>        The Respondent during the hearing admitted that they are willing to provide to the<br \/>\nappellant copies of documents requested by him in his RTI application.
