BHAVADASAN, JJ.\n               - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                             D.B.A. No. 98 of 2009\n                  - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                    Dated this the 30th day of July, 2009.\n\n                                         ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>Bhavadasan, J,<\/p>\n<p>            This is an application filed by the Travancore<\/p>\n<p>Devaswom Board seeking permission of this court to undertake<\/p>\n<p>supply of two deck steel cots in the police barracks &#8211; D at<\/p>\n<p>Sabarimala.\n<\/p>\n<p>            2. In the affidavit sworn to by the officer of the<\/p>\n<p>Board, it is pointed out that the inflow of pilgrims to<\/p>\n<p>Sabarimala is increasing year by year and more and more<\/p>\n<p>police personnel are required to manage the situation. There<\/p>\n<p>is accute accommodation problem for the police men put on<\/p>\n<p>special duty.    In order to provide accommodation to them,<\/p>\n<p>police authorities had made                       request to supply sufficient<\/p>\n<p>number of cots. Executive Engineer of the Board has prepared<\/p>\n<p>an estimate for Rs.24,90,000\/- for supply of cots similar to the<\/p>\n<p>ones purchased in the previous year. The copy of the estimate<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">D.B.A.98\/2009.                    2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>is marked as Annexure A. The Board has given its administrative<\/p>\n<p>sanction and it is pointed out that the acquisition of cots is<\/p>\n<p>absolutely necessary.\n<\/p>\n<p>            Considering the requirement and necessity, and also the<\/p>\n<p>fact that the Board has approved the same and since no objection<\/p>\n<p>raised from any quarter, the request is only to be allowed.<\/p>\n<p>            This application is allowed subject to the Local Fund<\/p>\n<p>Audit.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                P.R.
