RAMKUMAR, J.\n        =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n                     B.A. No. 1349 of 2009\n        =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n            Dated this the 20th day of March, 2009\n\n                             O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>who are accused 2 and 3 in Crime No.11\/2009 of Anchal Police<\/p>\n<p>Station for offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324,<\/p>\n<p>326, 427 and 34 I.P.C., seek anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Having regard to the allegations levelled against the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners, the relative conduct of the parties, the nature of legal<\/p>\n<p>injury sustained by the injured and the other circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, a direction is issued to the officer-in-charge of the<\/p>\n<p>police station concerned to release the petitioners on bail for a<\/p>\n<p>period of one month in the event of their arrest in connection<\/p>\n<p>with the above case on each of them executing a bond for Rs.<\/p>\n<p>10,000\/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two solvent sureties<\/p>\n<p>each for the like amount to the satisfaction to the said officer and<\/p>\n<p>subject to the following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>         1. The    petitioners  shall  report   before   the<br \/>\n            Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11<br \/>\n            a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<pre>BA 1349\/09                        -2-\n\n\n\n        2.   The petitioners shall make       themselves\n<\/pre>\n<blockquote><p>           available for interrogation including custodial<br \/>\n           interrogation as and when      required by the<br \/>\n           Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>        3. The    petitioners   shall  not  influence  or<br \/>\n           intimidate the prosecution witnesses nor shall<br \/>\n           they attempt to tamper with the evidence for<br \/>\n           the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>        4. The petitioners shall not commit any offence<br \/>\n           while on bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>        5. On the expiry of the aforesaid period, the<br \/>\n           petitioners    shall  surrender    before  the<br \/>\n           Magistrate concerned and seek regular bail.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>     If the petitioners commit breach of any of the above<\/p>\n<p>conditions, the bail granted to them shall be liable to be<\/p>\n<p>cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>     This application is allowed as above.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                           V.
