Heard learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                  and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The petitioner is languishing in custody<\/p>\n<p>                  since   26.08.2010         in   a    case    registered    under<\/p>\n<p>                  Section 47A of the Excise Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             It is alleged that 62 bottles of whisky<\/p>\n<p>                  and 22 bottles of beer of different brands were<\/p>\n<p>                  recovered from the house of the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                             It   is    submitted      that     since    there   was<\/p>\n<p>                  function    in       the   house     hence    the     liquor   was<\/p>\n<p>                  brought in the house. The statement has been<\/p>\n<p>                  made in paragraph no.9 of the petition that the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner has no criminal antecedent.<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering the aforesaid facts, let the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner above named be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                  furnishing       bail      bond      of      Rs.    10,000\/-(Ten<\/p>\n<p>                  Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                  each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M.<\/p>\n<p>                  Muzaffarpur in connection with Kudhani (Turki)<\/p>\n<p>                  P.S.
