The acquisition was for the purpose of Electronics Techno<\/p>\n<p>Park pursuant to a notification dated 5-4-1994. The land acquisition officer<\/p>\n<p>included the property in category 8 and awarded land value of Rs. 15750\/-<\/p>\n<p>per Are. The reference court on the basis of the evidence which came on<\/p>\n<p>record refixed the land value at Rs. 18900\/- per Are. We have noticed in<\/p>\n<p>L.A.A.No. 18, 93, 94 and 955 of 2008 and other cases that the reference<\/p>\n<p>court has granted still higher land value for properties included in category<\/p>\n<p>8 by the land acquisition officer.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Under the above circumstances, there is no warrant at all for<\/p>\n<p>interfering with the impugned judgment.
