fastening of the liability on the

is produced along with a memo dated 17.11.2006,
\nwhich is part of the records of this case. A perusallolfi
\nsaid endorsement makes it clear that

6. It is Well established that
\ntaken by the insurance  ‘the if
\ndriver did not possess 1iceriee,– theppresponsibiility lies
\non the insurance    burden by
\nproducing  from the
\nauthorities?   the driver of the
\nvehiclelidid  licence so as to exonerate it<\/p>\n
from liability.    case, no such effort is<\/p>\n
 made, by the”in_snrance company. However, the<\/p>\n
 Cornrnis_sio11ervhas proceeded to fasten the liability only<\/p>\n
on the ownfeurtholding that no material was produced to<\/p>\n
Iphshovv that the driver possessed valid driving licence. The<\/p>\n
