Hatim, A.P.P.\n                                    ------\n\n2\/ 17.10.2011<\/pre>\n<p>         Both these bail applications arise out of the same case and as such,<br \/>\n         they are taken up together and disposed of by this common order.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for<br \/>\n         the Prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      The petitioners have been made accused for the offence under<br \/>\n         Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353, 336, 447, 2225, 109, 427, 506 and 505(B)<br \/>\n         of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Deoghar Nagar P.S. Case No. 277<br \/>\n         of 2011 corresponding to G.R. No. 759 of 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      From the F.I.R., it appears that co-accused was apprehended in<br \/>\n         connection with another case and was kept at the police station when a mob<br \/>\n         came to free him and they also used force against the police party and committed<br \/>\n         mischief. The petitioners are alleged to be members of the mob.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      In the facts of this case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners,<br \/>\n         Vishal Shroff @ Vishal Kumar, Kanhaiya Khaware and Sachin Charan Mishra<br \/>\n         @ Sachin Mishra on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are<br \/>\n         directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<br \/>\n         thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of<br \/>\n         Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar, in connection with Deoghar Nagar P.S. Case<br \/>\n         No. 277 of 2011 corresponding to G.R. No. 759 of 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                               ( H. C.
