NO. 9350 OF 2004\n               ---------------------------------------\n           Dated this the 17th day of August, 2007.\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      This writ petition is filed with the following prayer:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>           i)     Issue a    writ of  mandamus    or  any other<\/p>\n<p>           appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the<\/p>\n<p>           respondent to grant the entire benefits due to the<\/p>\n<p>           petitioner in view of the revision of pension as per<\/p>\n<p>           Exhibit P1.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<p>      2. Placing reliance on the decision of this Court reported in<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/doc\/1534768\/\">Union of India &amp; others vs. K.J.
