Shah has drawn the attention of<br \/>\n\tthe Court to the affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent-State<br \/>\n\tas well as the communication dated 27th September 2011,<br \/>\n\twhereby it transpires that the proceedings for publication of<br \/>\n\tnotification under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act have been<br \/>\n\tcommenced.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tview of aforesaid communication dated 27th September 2011<br \/>\n\tsince the proceedings for publishing the notification under Section<br \/>\n\t4 have already commenced, present petition has become infructuous<br \/>\n\tand the same stands disposed of having become infructuous.
