Interim relief, if any, stands vacated.\n<\/p>\n<p> ORAL<br \/>\nORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION <\/p>\n<p>\t\tIt<br \/>\nis submitted by Mr.Joshi, learned advocate for the applicants of<br \/>\nCivil Application No.7544 of 2011 that after election,  newly elected<br \/>\nbody  came into existence and with ulterior motive the petitioner of<br \/>\nSpecial Civil Application No.5492 of 2008 has passed resolution to<br \/>\nwithdraw the petition and so he requested time to enable him to<br \/>\nchallenge the notice dated 03.08.2007 issued by District Registrar,<br \/>\nCooperative Societies, Mehsana under section 86 of the Gujarat<br \/>\nCooperative Societies Act by filing fresh petition and he has also<br \/>\nrequested that said notice may not be implemented for two weeks.<br \/>\nThere is force in the argument of Mr.Joshi, learned advocate.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tIn<br \/>\nview of above, Notice dated 03.08.2007 issued by the District<br \/>\nRegistrar,  Cooperative Socialites, Mehsana will not be implemented<br \/>\nfor fifteen days.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tIn<br \/>\nview of above, learned advocate for the applicants of Civil<br \/>\nApplication seeks permission to withdraw Civil Application.<br \/>\nPermission is granted.
