Bhagat for<br \/>\n          Respondents.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>     &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;\n<\/p>\n<p>CORAM : MR.JUSTICE B.C.PATEL<br \/>\n     Date of Order: 07\/02\/97<\/p>\n<p>     ORAL COMMON ORDER<\/p>\n<p>     In this matter Rule is issued and is heard today.<br \/>\n     Mr. Raval and Mr. Patel waive service of rule.\n<\/p>\n<p>     In view of the larger Bench Judgment, the learned<br \/>\n     Advocate for the petitioners requests the court to permit<br \/>\n     him to withdraw the petitions, with a view to enable the<br \/>\n     petitioners   to   take   appropriate action under the<br \/>\n     provisions of the Bombay Stamps Act, 1958.\n<\/p>\n<p>     The petitioners are directed to approach the<br \/>\n     appropriate authority within a period of six weeks from<br \/>\n     today.\n<\/p>\n<p>     It is further directed that       the   competent<br \/>\n     authority shall not raise any objection about delay, if<br \/>\n     such an application is made within six weeks from today.\n<\/p>\n<p>     In view of above order, interim relief granted<br \/>\n     earlier to continue if such application is made within a<br \/>\n     period of six weeks from today.     The authority shall<br \/>\n     decide the application in accordance with law.<br \/>\n In view of the aforesaid, the petitions stand<br \/>\ndisposed of as withdrawn.
