Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :21\/05\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                        ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                     ================\n                 W.P.(C) NO. 15652 OF 2010 (F)\n                 =====================\n\n             Dated this the 21st day of May, 2010\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner is a Senior Electrician in the Government Central<\/p>\n<p>Press, Thiruvananthapuram. He is aggrieved by Ext.P15 order of<\/p>\n<p>the 2nd respondent transferring and posting him to Government<\/p>\n<p>Press, Ernakulam. The contention raised by the petitioner is that<\/p>\n<p>the transfer is in violation of Exts.P1, P2 and P12.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    In my view, if the petitioner has such a grievance, the<\/p>\n<p>course open to the petitioner is to have moved              the 2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent seeking appropriate orders for modification.<\/p>\n<p>      3.    Therefore, leaving it open to the petitioner to move the<\/p>\n<p>2nd respondent for redressal of grievances, I dispose of this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition. It is ordered that if a representation is filed within two<\/p>\n<p>weeks, that will be dealt with within three weeks thereafter.<\/p>\n<p>      4.
