Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :30\/05\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                                   V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                     ----------------------------------------------\n\n                     Bail Application No.2887 \/2007\n\n                     ----------------------------------------------\n\n                  Dated this  the 30th day of May, 2007\n\n\n                                   O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>                    Petitioners who are  accused Nos.4, 5, 2 and 3 in<\/p>\n<p>Crime   No.   194   of   2007   of   Anchalammood   Police   Station   for<\/p>\n<p>offences   punishable   under   Sections   498A,   363,   354   and   34   of<\/p>\n<p>I.P.C., seek  anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     The   learned   Public   Prosecutor   opposed   the<\/p>\n<p>application.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.       Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this<\/p>\n<p>nature.     But   at   the   same   time,     I   am   inclined   to   permit   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners   to surrender before the Investigating Officer for the<\/p>\n<p>purpose of interrogation and then to have their applications for<\/p>\n<p>bail   considered   by   the   Magistrate                    having   jurisdiction.\n<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly,   the   petitioners               shall   surrender   before   the<\/p>\n<p>investigating   officer   on   any   day     between                      6.6.2007   and<\/p>\n<p>8.6.2007  for   the   purpose   of   interrogation   and     recovery   of<\/p>\n<p>incriminating material,   if any.
