SIRI JAGAN, J.\n\n                   ------------------------------------\n\n                      W.P.(C)No.36764  OF 2007\n\n                 ----------------------------------------\n\n                Dated this the 12th day of December, 2007\n\n\n                                JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner, who is a Full Time Menial in Sarvajana High<\/p>\n<p>School, Puthucode,   is seeking promotion as Peon in the School.\n<\/p>\n<p>Seeking   the   said   relief,   the   petitioner   has   filed   Ext.P4   request<\/p>\n<p>before the 3rd respondent &#8211; Deputy Director of Education, who is<\/p>\n<p>presently   the   ex-officio   Manager   of   the   School.     The   petitioner<\/p>\n<p>seeks expeditious disposal of Ext.P4.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     I have heard the learned Government pleader also. In<\/p>\n<p>the   facts   and   circumstances   of   the   case,   there   would   be   a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the 3rd  respondent to consider and pass appropriate<\/p>\n<p>orders on Ext.P4 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within<\/p>\n<p>one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment,<\/p>\n<p>after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner.  It<\/p>\n<p>would   be   open   to   the   petitioner   to   rely   upon   Exts.P7   and   P8<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(c) No.36764\/07                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>judgments,   which   shall   also   be   considered   by   the   3rd<\/p>\n<p>respondent, if the same are applicable to the petitioner&#8217;s case.\n<\/p>\n<p>       The writ petition is disposed of as above.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                S.
