Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :07\/06\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n              --------------------------------------------------\n                 W.P.(C) NO.16353 OF 2010 (T)\n              --------------------------------------------------\n             Dated this the 7th day of June, 2010\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     In response to Ext.P6 notification issued by the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent, petitioner applied for the post of teacher in Sanskrit.<\/p>\n<p>According to the petitioner, the respondents are proceeding to<\/p>\n<p>make appointments to the post without any process of selection.<\/p>\n<p>     2. Standing counsel for the first respondent has obtained<\/p>\n<p>instructions. According to him since the petitioner is overaged she<\/p>\n<p>is ineligible to apply for the post.
