RAMACHANDRA MENON, J.\n                ...................................................\n                  WP (C) NO. 6520 OF 2010\n                ...............................................\n           Dated this the 5th day of March, 2010\n\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The petitioner has approached this Court seeking for<\/p>\n<p>the following reliefs:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>      i) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate<\/p>\n<p>     writ, order or direction, calling for the records<\/p>\n<p>     leading to Exhibits P1 and P2 and quash the same or<\/p>\n<p>     in the alternative direct the 3rd respondent to dispose<\/p>\n<p>     of Exhibit P3 after hearing the petitioner;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>     ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any appropriate writ<\/p>\n<p>     order or direction, directing the 3rd respondent to<\/p>\n<p>     dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>     for an additional connection to the ground floor of the<\/p>\n<p>     building forthwith<\/p>\n<p>     iii) Direct the 3rd respondent not to proceed with any<\/p>\n<p>WP (C) NO. 6520 OF 2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        coercive action pursuant to Exhibits P1 and P2;<\/p>\n<p>        iv) Issue such other and further reliefs as this<\/p>\n<p>        Honourable Court may deem fir and proper in the<\/p>\n<p>        facts and circumstances of the case; and<\/p>\n<p>        v) Award cost to the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>        2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the<\/p>\n<p>respondents submits that Exhibit P3 statement of<\/p>\n<p>objections preferred by the petitioner before the 3rd<\/p>\n<p>respondent will definitely be looked into and appropriate<\/p>\n<p>orders will be passed thereon and that no coercive steps<\/p>\n<p>will be taken before finalisation of the proceedings as<\/p>\n<p>above.\n<\/p>\n<p>        3. After hearing both the sides,          the above<\/p>\n<p>submission is recorded and the writ petition is disposed<\/p>\n<p>of, directing the second respondent to consider Exhibit<\/p>\n<p>P3 statement of objections and pass appropriate orders in<\/p>\n<p>WP (C) NO. 6520 OF 2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            3<\/span><\/p>\n<p>accordance with law and communicate the same to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner as expeditiously as possible, at rate within a<\/p>\n<p>period of one month from the date receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      Sd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>                           P.R.
