We\u00a0heard\u00a0this\u00a0case\u00a0through\u00a0videoconferencing.\u00a0The\u00a0Appellant\u00a0and\u00a0one\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>of\u00a0the\u00a0Respondents\u00a0were\u00a0present\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0Gandhi\u00a0Nagar\u00a0studio\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0NIC.\u00a0Some\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>other \u00a0 Respondents \u00a0 were \u00a0 present \u00a0 in \u00a0 the \u00a0 Bangalore \u00a0 studio. \u00a0 We \u00a0 heard \u00a0 their\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>submissions.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>3.      The\u00a0Appellant\u00a0had\u00a0wanted\u00a0the\u00a0photocopies\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0appointment\u00a0orders\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>issued\u00a0to\u00a010\u00a0employees,\u00a0their\u00a0typing\u00a0papers\u00a0and\u00a0the\u00a0notification\u00a0of\u00a0vacancy.\u00a0The\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>CPIO\u00a0had\u00a0provided\u00a0photocopies\u00a0of\u00a0appointment\u00a0orders\u00a0for\u00a0six\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0employees\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>CIC\/SM\/A\/2010\/000007<br \/>\n while\u00a0claiming\u00a0that\u00a0no\u00a0appointment\u00a0order\u00a0had\u00a0been\u00a0issued\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0remaining\u00a0four.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>He \u00a0 had \u00a0 also \u00a0 severed \u00a0 the \u00a0 postal \u00a0 address\u00a0 of \u00a0 five \u00a0 of \u00a0 these \u00a0 employees\u00a0 while\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>providing\u00a0the\u00a0copies\u00a0of\u00a0their\u00a0appointment\u00a0orders.\u00a0Besides,\u00a0he\u00a0had\u00a0not\u00a0provided\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>him\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0copy\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0vacancy\u00a0notification.\u00a0After\u00a0hearing\u00a0the\u00a0submissions\u00a0of\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>both \u00a0 the \u00a0 parties, \u00a0 we \u00a0 are \u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0 view \u00a0 that \u00a0 the \u00a0 CPIO \u00a0 should \u00a0 provide \u00a0 the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>photocopies\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0appointment\u00a0orders\u00a0without\u00a0deleting\u00a0any\u00a0address\u00a0etc.\u00a0We\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>therefore\u00a0direct\u00a0him\u00a0to\u00a0provide\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0within\u00a010\u00a0working\u00a0days\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>receipt\u00a0of\u00a0this\u00a0order\u00a0the\u00a0photocopies\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0appointment\u00a0orders\u00a0of\u00a0all\u00a0the\u00a0known\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>employees\u00a0without\u00a0deleting\u00a0any\u00a0detail\u00a0and\u00a0that\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0vacancy\u00a0notification,\u00a0if\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>available.\u00a0If\u00a0the\u00a0vacancy\u00a0notification\u00a0is\u00a0not\u00a0available\u00a0even\u00a0after\u00a0renewed\u00a0search,\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0shall\u00a0clearly\u00a0state\u00a0so\u00a0in\u00a0his\u00a0reply.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>4.      With\u00a0the\u00a0above\u00a0directions,\u00a0the\u00a0appeal\u00a0is\u00a0disposed\u00a0off.<\/p>\n<p>5.
