No.I-153 of 2010 registered with Panigate Police Station,<br \/>\n\tVadodara for offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149,<br \/>\n\t307, 325 read with 114 of IPC and Section 135 of B.P. Act praying<br \/>\n\tfor extension of the temporary bail period granted earlier by this<br \/>\n\tCourt vide order dated 10th June, 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>Temporary<br \/>\n\tbail was prayed for and was granted on the ground that 3 year old<br \/>\n\tdaughter, Mansi, has been admitted in Vraj Children Hospital,<br \/>\n\tVadodara and has been dictated with Hepatitis (Jaundice).<br \/>\n\tCertificate dated 16th June, 2011 has been annexed with<br \/>\n\tthe application indicating that child is still in the Hospital and<br \/>\n\tthere appears to be a failure of liver, I am informed by learned<br \/>\n\tadvocate, Ms.Patel, that condition of daughter, namely, Mansi is bad<br \/>\n\tand therefore, presence of the father would be necessary for some<br \/>\n\tmore time.\n<\/p>\n<p>Taking<br \/>\n\tinto consideration the ground urged, temporary bail earlier granted<br \/>\n\tvide order dated 10th June, 2011 is extended further<br \/>\n\tperiod of one week on the same terms and conditions.<br \/>\n\tAccused-applicant shall surrender before the Jail Authorities on<br \/>\n\texpiry of the extended temporary bail period.\n<\/p>\n<p>Rule<br \/>\n\tmade absolute accordingly.
