No. I-214\/2009, has<br \/>\nbeen registered with Karelibaug Police Station.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tLearned advocate Mr.<br \/>\nQureshi seeks permission to withdraw the present application.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tPermission as prayed<br \/>\nfor is granted.
