However, so that any irreversible situation after<br \/>\npublication of advertisement may not arise, at the suggestion and<br \/>\nrequest of learned advocate for the respondent the learned advocate<br \/>\nfor the petitioner has agreed to wait for about 2-3 weeks more as a<br \/>\nlast chance, with the hope that the respondent would make the<br \/>\npayment.  Thus, as a last chance, the request for order<br \/>\npermitting\/directing publication of advertisement is deferred until<br \/>\n9th November 2011 with clarification that if any<br \/>\ndevelopment coupled with payment does not taken place, appropriate<br \/>\norder permitting\/directing publication of advertisement will be<br \/>\npassed on 10th November 2011.
